We understand there has been some confusion regarding the setup of Digital Banking. Please take note of the following important points:

  1. Use the phone number and email address you used when setting up your account; otherwise, you may encounter an error message. Call or stop in to update your information.
  2. Your username consists of your SAVINGS number, with “44000” prefixed and a “0” suffixed. If your account ends with a decimal followed by a number, use that final digit instead of zero.
  3. If you find yourself locked out, please call 800-854-6052 or visit any High Point FCU location, and we will assist you in getting set up!
