Statement Update

Our statement and notice provider experienced a production outage on December 31, 2023, that impacted statement production, E-Statement availability, and regular notices.

December paper statements are beginning to arrive to members. Visa, Regular E-Statements and E-tax documents are now available to view in Digital Banking, this includes historical statements and inserts.
