It’s important to keep the CU updated with a current copy of your driver’s license. If you have renewed your license in the last few months, or are scheduled to renew in 2022, you can have any teller or member service representative scan it into our system for you!

One of the easiest ways to respond to our Fraud Monitoring Service is by cell phone. If you have a suspect transaction, the first way they reach out is via text. If you are in fact making a purchase, respond to the text and you will be able to proceed with your transaction.
Stop in or go online in eTeller to update your address as soon as it changes. This will ensure your CU statements, ATM cards, debit cards, credit cards and check orders go to the right place!
