We have received reports that some members are receiving fake fraud alerts. These are coming in the form of a text message which then leads to a phone call. Please make note of the important information below regarding these types of scams.

  • The credit union will NEVER ask for any personal banking information including usernames and passwords, or one-time PINS.
  • NEVER share this information over the phone, email or text message.
  • If you receive a suspicious communication regarding your credit union account, contact member service through Digital Banking or call 716.372.6607.
  • Always use our App or Website to log into your account, NEVER click on a link.
